Prize Card Terms (Stripe Issuing):

Reward cards are issued only to verified winners.
Cards are valid for 120 days from issue date unless otherwise stated.
Cards are non-reloadable, non-transferable, and intended for limited promotional use only.
Cards may be deactivated at any time at our sole discretion, especially if misuse or fraud is suspected.
Unused funds will be reallocated to future student engagement.

This platform is not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and does not issue tax-deductible receipts.
All contributions go directly toward campaign activation, student outreach, and award disbursement.
Contributions are not tied to any individual student and do not guarantee outcomes.
Campaigns are not raffles or lotteries. They are community based incentive systems.

⚖️ Arbitration Clause

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration:

By using this platform, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of this platform — including donations, campaigns, card issuance, communications, or any related services — shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You waive any right to bring claims in a court of law, participate in a class action lawsuit, or seek punitive damages. The arbitration shall be conducted in a location selected by Flaws & Company, and the governing law shall be the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flaws & Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, nor shall total liability exceed the amount of your last payment made through the platform.

YOU AND FLAWS & COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING

Cards are issued only to verified campaign participants. 25% of campaign funds cover campaign execution; the remaining 75% is distributed directly to students via virtual gift cards. Funds distributed via virtual card are intended to support student access and retention. Recipients are responsible for their own use and any applicable tax reporting.
