1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website, scheduling sessions, or participating in any program or campaign operated by A Flawless Campaign LLC (“Flawless,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and to resolve any disputes only through binding arbitration (see Section 9). If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Service Area

Flawless programs and rewards are currently offered only to residents of the State of New York who are 18 years or older.
We may verify your eligibility before granting access to lessons, advising, or prize cards.

3. GED Disclaimer

• Flawless is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the GED Testing Service LLC or any state education agency.

• The official GED® test is free for eligible New York residents through the New York State Education Department (NYSED).

• Flawless provides independent study support, tutoring, and motivational programs only. We do not administer or charge for the official GED® test.

• You can find official testing information at www.acces.nysed.gov/ged.

4. Rewards & Promotions

All prizes are:

• Non-transferable and non-reloadable.

• Promotional in nature, with no cash value beyond the face amount.

• Issued only after participant verification.
  Visa® and Mastercard® are not sponsors or partners of Flawless.

5. Payments & Verification

You authorize Flawless and its licensed payment partners to process any required fees or promotional rewards securely.
You consent to limited identity verification for fraud prevention or eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property Notice

All Flawless materials—logos, lesson templates, frameworks, names, videos, and campaign designs—are owned by A Flawless Campaign LLC and protected under Delaware and federal common-law trademark and trade-dress rights.
No copying, resale, or redistribution without written permission.

7. Data & Communications

By engaging with Flawless, you consent to receive updates, program emails, and limited marketing.
You may unsubscribe from marketing anytime. We handle all information consistent with privacy standards under Delaware and New York law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Flawless makes no warranties—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose or continuous availability.

9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes arising from your use of Flawless services shall be resolved by final, binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Rules in New Castle County, Delaware.
You waive any right to bring or join a class, collective, or representative action.
Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief to protect confidential or intellectual property rights.

10. Modifications & Termination

We may update, suspend, or end any program at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updates.

12. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms are the full and final agreement between you and Flawless.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays enforceable.

13. Flawless Monthly Starter Reward — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The Monthly Starter Reward is available to new Flawless students who enroll and activate their access during the applicable calendar month. Activation date is determined by the timestamp recorded at checkout or account creation on the Flawless platform.

2. Reward Structure
Each month, a total of 2 students who will receive a Flawless Long Sleeve (approximate value: $10 USD).
Rewards are issued based on the following structure:

• The first eligible students to activate their program in the month.

• The last eligible students to activate their program before 11:59 PM EST on the 30th of the month.

Only 2 rewards are issued per month. Once the monthly limit is reached, no additional rewards will be distributed.

3. Determination of Winners
Flawless will determine reward recipients using internal system timestamps. In the event of simultaneous activation times, Flawless reserves the right to determine placement using the order in which payments or registrations were successfully processed.

4. Reward Delivery
Eligible students will receive an email confirming their reward and requesting preferred size and mailing information.
Rewards will be mailed within 30 business days after verification of eligibility.

5. Color Options
Reward recipients may choose from the available color options displayed on the Monthly Starter Reward section of the website. Clicking the product image allows students to view available color options. Color availability may vary by month.

6. Non-Transferability
Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for credit, and are non-transferable. Only the qualifying student may claim the reward.

7. Fraud, Abuse, or Manipulation
Flawless reserves the right to withhold or revoke a reward if fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, or manipulation of activation timing is suspected.

8. Program Changes
Flawless may modify, pause, or discontinue this reward program at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect rewards already earned.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Monthly Starter Reward program, students agree to these Terms & Conditions.
