1. ABOUT FLAWLESS
Flawless Freshman™ is an independent educational and test-preparation service designed to help adult learners develop skills relevant to high school equivalency and GED® test preparation.
Flawless is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by GED Testing Service LLC.
GED® is a registered trademark of GED Testing Service LLC. References to GED® are used to identify the examination and educational skills for which students may be preparing.
Links to GED.com may be provided to direct students to official GED® testing information and resources.
2. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
Flawless may provide:
Free educational courses and study materials
Original lessons, missions, practice activities, diagrams, and study tools
Lady Flawless™ AI-supported learning tools
Live classes and small-group sessions
Flawless Recap™ sessions
Links to third-party educational resources
Other educational services introduced from time to time
Availability, schedules, features, instructors, topics, pricing, and service formats may change.
3. FREE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Certain Flawless educational resources, courses, study guides, and AI features may be offered free of charge.
Providing a resource for free does not transfer ownership of that resource to the user.
Free services may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.
AI access may be subject to usage limits, including limits on minutes, messages, sessions, or availability.
4. PAID CLASSES AND RECAP SESSIONS
Some live classes, small-group sessions, recap sessions, or other services require payment.
The price and applicable session information will be displayed before booking.
Payment reserves access to the specific session selected during booking.
ALL CLASS AND RECAP PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Flawless, payments for live classes, Flawless Recap™ sessions, and other booked educational sessions are final and non-refundable.
Students are responsible for attending the session they reserve.
Failure to attend, forgetting the session, arriving late, scheduling conflicts, work obligations, personal circumstances, or failure to use the reserved service does not automatically entitle the student to a refund or credit.
If Flawless cancels a paid session and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduling option, Flawless may provide a replacement session, account credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights required by applicable law.
5. SESSION CAPACITY
Some sessions have limited capacity.
For example, a Flawless Recap™ may be limited to 25 students per session.
A displayed seat limit does not guarantee availability. A reservation is not secured until the booking and any required payment are successfully completed.
6. EDUCATIONAL RESULTS
Flawless provides educational preparation and support.
We do not guarantee that a student will:
Pass the GED® test or another examination
Receive a particular score
Complete a credential within a particular period
Gain admission to a college
Obtain employment
Qualify for financial aid
Achieve any particular educational or professional outcome
Results depend on many factors, including student participation, preparation, ability, attendance, practice, and official testing requirements.
7. OFFICIAL TESTING INFORMATION
Eligibility requirements, testing rules, prices, scheduling, accommodations, scores, official practice products, and other GED® policies are controlled by the appropriate official testing organizations.
Students should verify official testing information through GED.com and other applicable official sources.
Information provided by Flawless for educational purposes should not be treated as a substitute for current official testing policies.
8. LADY FLAWLESS™ AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Lady Flawless™ and other AI-powered features are educational support tools.
AI-generated responses may occasionally contain incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate information.
Students should independently verify important information, particularly information involving official testing requirements, deadlines, eligibility, financial matters, legal matters, or other consequential decisions.
Lady Flawless™ is not GED Testing Service LLC and does not represent itself as an official GED® testing service.
AI usage may be limited based on system capacity, usage allowances, technical requirements, or other operational considerations.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original Flawless materials are owned by A Flawless Campaign LLC or used with appropriate permission.
These materials may include:
Flawless Freshman™ branding
Lady Flawless™ content
Flawless Recap™ materials
Original lessons and missions
Original practice questions and passages
Videos and audio
Graphics and diagrams
Interactive activities and games
Software and website experiences
Educational structures and original written materials
Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these materials for their own educational purposes.
10. PROHIBITED USE
Unless we provide written permission, users may not:
Sell or redistribute Flawless materials
Reproduce substantial portions of our courses
Record paid classes for redistribution
Share paid access with unauthorized users
Copy Flawless materials to create another commercial educational product
Scrape or automatically extract content
Attempt to obtain proprietary prompts, system instructions, databases, or protected AI materials
Circumvent access or security restrictions
Interfere with the operation of our services
Use Flawless services for unlawful purposes
11. STUDENT CONDUCT
Students participating in live or interactive services must behave respectfully.
Flawless may remove or restrict users who engage in harassment, threats, discrimination, disruption, fraudulent behavior, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of our services.
Removal for violating these Terms does not necessarily create a right to a refund.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Flawless may link to or integrate services operated by third parties, including scheduling, video conferencing, artificial intelligence, payment, testing, and educational platforms.
Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Flawless is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, policies, or operation of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
13. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for activity occurring through their accounts.
Accounts and paid access may not be sold or transferred without authorization.
We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.
14. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We work to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, software errors, security issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flawless services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every student's particular needs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A Flawless Campaign LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Flawless services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. CHANGES TO SERVICES
Flawless may update class schedules, educational content, technology, instructors, pricing, features, capacity, or service availability.
When a material change directly affects an already purchased session, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate appropriate options.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically.
The current version and effective date will be posted on our website. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by applicable United States law and the applicable state law identified by A Flawless Campaign LLC, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a user's location.
This provision should be finalized with legal counsel before launch, particularly because A Flawless Campaign LLC is organized in Delaware while services may be provided to students in multiple states.
