1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases of Flawless Interviews™ services provided by A Flawless Campaign LLC ("Flawless," "we," "us," or "our").

By affirmatively accepting these terms during checkout, the purchasing customer ("Client" or "you") agrees to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

Merely viewing this website or opening this section does not constitute acceptance. Material changes to an existing purchase require agreement where applicable law requires it.

2. Description of Services

Flawless Interviews™ offers individual virtual mock-interview sessions intended for educational and professional development purposes.

A standard session includes:

• A scheduled 30-minute virtual session.
• Simulated interview questions.
• Practice discussing work experience, education, and transferable skills.
• Behavioral and situational interview preparation.
• Verbal communication and presentation feedback.
• Practical suggestions for improvement.

The 30-minute booking covers the complete session, including practice and feedback. Separate written reports, resume rewriting, and follow-up sessions are not included unless expressly offered at purchase.

Questions may be adapted to the Client's professional interests, experience, and information voluntarily supplied before the session.

3. No Employment or Hiring Guarantee

Flawless provides preparation, practice, general educational guidance, and constructive feedback only.

Flawless does not promise, warrant, represent, or guarantee that participation will result in:

• An invitation to an employment interview.
• A job offer or employment placement.
• A promotion or career advancement.
• A particular salary or compensation level.
• Improved hiring probability or guaranteed interview performance.
• Acceptance by a specific employer.

Employment decisions are made independently by employers and depend on factors outside Flawless's control.

Feedback is educational and subjective, reflecting the simulated session. It is not a prediction of how an actual employer will evaluate the Client.

4. No Recruitment or Placement Services

Flawless does not submit employment applications on a Client's behalf, arrange actual employer interviews, negotiate employment offers, procure employment, or represent that it has special access to employers or nonpublic job opportunities.

Mock-interview questions are simulated and do not represent the actual hiring criteria or questions of a particular employer unless expressly identified as publicly available information.

Flawless is independent of employers, recruiting agencies, and educational institutions unless a relationship is expressly disclosed.

5. Pricing and Payment

The standard advertised price is $24.99 for one 30-minute virtual mock-interview session.

Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before payment. The full amount due will be displayed during checkout.

Payment covers the agreed service only. No subscription or recurring payment is created through a standard booking.

Additional sessions require a separate purchase and affirmative authorization.

6. Booking and Participation

Clients select an available date and time through the designated scheduling system and receive a booking confirmation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining a suitable internet connection, working audio, and access to the virtual meeting platform.

Clients are encouraged to join on time and participate from a private, reasonably quiet location.

If a Client joins late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Clients may cancel a scheduled session at least 24 hours before its start and request a full refund.

Clients may request one complimentary rescheduling within 24 hours of the session, subject to availability.

A missed session without prior notice is generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Flawless determines that a refund is appropriate.

If Flawless cancels a session or cannot provide the purchased service, the Client may choose between rescheduling and a refund of the session fee.

If a substantial technical failure attributable to Flawless prevents delivery of the session, Flawless will offer an appropriate rescheduling or refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when reasonably possible, subject to payment processor timelines. Applicable statutory refund rights are not restricted by these terms.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Clients may voluntarily provide their names, contact information, resumes, job interests, and relevant professional background for session preparation.

Such information will be used for legitimate purposes related to booking, payment processing, service delivery, customer support, and applicable legal obligations.

Clients should not submit Social Security numbers, bank account details, government identification documents, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Information may be handled by authorized service providers needed to operate the booking, payment, or virtual meeting systems.

Flawless will use reasonable security measures appropriate to the information it handles and applicable law.

A separate website Privacy Policy should explain actual data collection, third-party processors, retention, deletion, and privacy request procedures.

9. Recording and Confidentiality

Mock-interview sessions are not recorded by Flawless as part of the standard service.

Flawless will not intentionally enable audio recording, video recording, automated transcription, or AI meeting assistants without advance disclosure and all legally required consent.

Clients must obtain advance permission before recording or distributing session audio, video, or private communications, in addition to satisfying applicable law.

Flawless will not publicly disclose identifiable client resumes, private session details, or individualized feedback for marketing without appropriate permission, except as otherwise required by law.

10. Educational Nature of Feedback

All observations, assessments, recommendations, and suggestions are provided for general interview preparation and personal development.

Interview feedback is based on professional judgment and may differ from the expectations of individual employers or hiring managers.

Clients remain responsible for determining how to use the feedback and for ensuring the accuracy of representations made in actual employment applications and interviews.

Flawless does not encourage clients to misrepresent their qualifications, education, licenses, or work history.

11. Professional Conduct

Both Flawless representatives and Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct.

Harassment, threatening behavior, unlawful conduct, or abusive communications may result in termination of a session.

Any resulting refund determination will take into account services delivered, circumstances of the termination, and applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

Flawless retains ownership of its original training methods, interview frameworks, written materials, templates, branding, and other proprietary content.

Clients may use feedback and preparation materials delivered to them for their own personal career preparation.

Commercial reproduction, resale, or redistribution of proprietary materials requires written permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Testimonials and Advertising

Client testimonials may be used for promotional purposes only with appropriate permission and in accordance with applicable advertising and privacy laws.

Flawless will not knowingly publish fabricated testimonials or represent an individual result as a guaranteed outcome for future customers.

Employment outcomes shared by former clients do not establish that Flawless caused those outcomes or that comparable results can be expected.

14. Service Limitations and Liability

Flawless will provide purchased services with reasonable care and professional attention.

The services do not constitute legal advice, licensed mental-health counseling, employment representation, or a hiring assessment performed on behalf of an employer.

Flawless is not responsible for independent employment decisions made by third-party employers.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for misconduct or violations of law where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing limits mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Age and Eligibility

The standard direct-purchase service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Flawless may decline a booking that falls outside its service scope, provided applicable nondiscrimination laws are observed.

16. Disputes and Applicable Law

Clients are encouraged to contact Flawless with questions or service concerns so that they can be reviewed and addressed in good faith.

These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights to seek available remedies under applicable consumer laws.

Applicable governing law and jurisdiction will be determined according to relevant legal rules, including mandatory protections of the Client's jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

Flawless may update these website terms prospectively to reflect service changes or legal requirements.

Terms applicable to a completed purchase will not be materially changed retroactively without any legally required agreement.

If a provision is found legally unenforceable, remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law.
